Could i go to jail? and for how long ?

me and my gf have a 1 yr old 3 months daughter, and in april we had a domestic dispute, where she pushed me, and i pushed her back onto a sofa chair pretty hard, i got arrested for domestic ault, and i was released on terms that i stay within 100m away from her, and no direct or indirect contact, im not supposed to be around her daughter, but the cas lets her come to my house knowing i live there, because her daughter is my moms granddaughter so there close, my gf calls to make sure im not there to come over, well i came home early from a friends, and my gf happened to be there with her daughter, i wasnt just gonna leave, it my house, besides, she was getting ready to go, but then our daughter had a fall, and i rushed to her istance like any father would do, well the next day, our daughter got tooken away, and get her back on august 10th, i have trial coming up on august 4th, could i go to jail for walking into my own house when she was there when i didnt even know she was there ?and if i went to jail how long would i go to jail for, for walking into my house, when she was there, supposedly breaching my release terms ? the crown attorney is looking for $700 fine, and 18 months probation, i dont have a past record, besides some intoxication in public
