HELP ME!!!!!!!!! What is the name of this movie!!!??!!!!!?

I saw this movie on tv when i was 7 and i never found out what it was called.In the beginning this girl and her boyfriend get stranded and there car breaks down in front of this really big house and so they knock on the door and the guy who owns the house is a man but he dresses like a woman and he is really weird throughout the whole movie. but he will not let these two people leave. But the girl goes searching through the house and she finds this rooma nd inside there is this man and he is naked and it's like this Owner guy is keeping him in there but the girl falls in love with hm and they sing "Tainted Love" i think to each other. And i can't remember the end but oh-em-gee i want to see it again.. CAN ANYONE HELP??
