DNA lasts forever, or else you wouldn't have any instructions on how your body functions, so you can automatically rule out A and C. RNA is a copy of DNA which is used to go outside the nucleus and give instructions to the rest of the cell. They are not meant to last forever so you can rule out D. That leaves you with "B. DNA last forever within a cell while RNA last only a short time."
