Is there a color that won't scan or xerox?

I'm looking for ways to prevent or deter copying of doents. One suggestion was to use a color that doesn't scan or copy very well. I have seen forms that used a shade of blue for the text and they just wouln't scan. Is this still practical and if so, does anyone know the RGB or Hex for the color?
