Stoping a restraining order?

The cops where called by a third party and I felt i needed to press charges now looking back It was unnessacy and now his not aloud to see me or have anything to do with me untill further notice. I am pregnat and he cant even be there for the baby and its causing me to be in deep depression! There hasnt been any hearing yet!
