I have a 91 Plymouth Sundance. Possible fuel pump problem!?

Get a wiring diagram, and check for power at the connector going into the pump at the tank, also check the ground to it also. If both are there, replace your pump, as for the line, it may be hard to get removed, but they can be repaired. Pumps are easy to find for these cars, go to your local parts store.
