What do you think are the ten WORST movies to ever win the Best Picture Oscar?

Most of them are decent (or even above average) movies, but they're just not good enough to warrant an Academy Award. As far as actually being bad, I'd probably say any Tom Hanks movie. Why does he keep getting awards?
