Why is Health Care reform such an issue with the right?

Listen LIB, I don't care if poor people like Jamal "in da hood" or weed smoking, New England socialist college students don't have health care. Why should I have to pay for their livelihood? Tell me? I don't care if people that don't have health care die. Survival of the fittest. The country would be a better place if only the elite of the country lived in it.
