Vehicle Co-signer issue!!!?

Here is my story....January 2007 I co-signed for a vehicle for my wife (now ex-wife). The vehicle was hidden from me as she was stationed in Hawaii and I was stationed in Colorado at the time. By the time I got to Hawaii and she finally told me where the vehicle was it was too late and the bank had already repo'ed it due to her not paying the payments and I couldn't afford them along with my own truck payment at the time. I have been paying the remaining $17,000 after the bank auctioned the truck and I am currently down to around $6K. My question is can I sue her for all or at least a fair portion of the total that I have paid on the repossessed truck? After all is said and done I will have spent slightly over $17,000 paying for a truck that I never drove and if I could get some of that money back it would really help......$5-6,000 is better than $0.00 if you know what I mean! Okay, first, you need to do more than just look at the fan points, check which players are not doing well on teams that are playing poorly, some of the folks starting for the teams not doing well are more likely to get yanked, so therefore search for some 2 or 3 RB or WR could help you out, you have a fairly good bench-though Evans has not been showing much. You might have to trade one of your best players and try and pick up two less talented than who you trade-but would gain you more overall, if i were 0-4 i would certainly try to work out some trade-many fantasy football coaches have an Achilles heel(they are loyal to their home team players who are having a good or bad season), i would shop Romo-you will be surprised how many Dallas fans in your league might bite. Boxing! I've been doing a boxing cl at my gym for the last three months and I love it!! It's boxing with gloves and pads, so it's not actually boxing against other people in a ring or anything. It's excellent exercise, both strength training and cardio (our instructor incorporates a lot of sprints, lunges, etc into the cles to make it interesting). Boxing is the one exercise I actually look forward to doing! I highly recommend it :-P

My girlfriend and I have been sharing an apartment with a friend for 2 years. The first year of our lease we had a room mate we had no problems when he moved out we were going to look for something smaller. Another friend said that she would like to live with us and immediately signed a lease. Because of a problem with my co-signer I'm not on the lease. My other 3 roommates are all on the lease. The girl that signed the lease never moved in because she broke up with her boyfriend in the area. She paid rent for the first four or five months but now refuses. There seems to be alot of contention between boxing fans and MMA fans. Why should there be? Boxing deserves alot of credit because it has been incorporated quite well into MMA. GSP, Jackson, Gomi, Franklin and many more have trained specifically in boxing to supplement what they do. In fact boxing has helped in many ways to keep the sport from being completely dominated by pure grapplers like the Gracie's. While kickboxing is also highly utilized the boxing has one advantage over kickboxing in that it is harder to be taken down from a punch then from a kick. But I don't want to digress kickboxing and boxing are both important. Now given that MMA pro's train in boxing along with other arts why do MMA fans seem to knock the sport? It is a useful tool in an MMA bag and one of the true American aspects of MMA. So why not embrace boxing as a success American style that has a place in MMA rather than denigrate boxing?

I am 31 weeks pregnant and I have been having this weird pain or sensation in my cervix. I recently saw the movie paranormal activity with my mum and halfway through she stared talking to me about how, when she was in Uni, she did a ouija board with a bunch of her friends. Why do people insist on hating serial killers?

I think people hate because they have a hard time separating their disdain for an action or their emotional response to a situation with their understanding of that person as an individual...in this case, an individual who is very ill. I was at Virginia Tech when Cho killed 32 students before killing himself. There was a heated debate about whether or not to include his name on the memorial, since many felt pity for him and believed him to be a victim too. Others could not forgive him. My opinion is that if we harbour hate for someone who hurts us, we are only wounding ourselves. On the other hand, if we are able to hate the crime but love the person who committed it, then we become more human and feel more at peace with ourselves. However, this is very hard for people to do. Some people even feel guilty forgiving because they mistakenly feel like they are condoning the crime by doing so! I think anytime there's a lot of emotion involved, it's hard for people to look past how they feel at the moment and imagine how someone else feels. At the same time, there's a difference between forgiving a person and believing that they are not a true threat. Many serial killers are sociopaths and are good at getting people to trust them. I think it's good to forgive people, but you should still exercise caution. In this case, the guy's locked up, so you're pretty safe.

So I had a girlfriend who was very promiscuous. I met her when she was very young and at the height of her promiscuity. She's tamed down a bunch now. AF cramps before BFP?

Yes!! I kept waiting and waiting for AF to show up and she never did...my cramps were really bad...worse than usual. The next day I fell asleep on the couch (I never nap during the day) and that was my signal to take the test. Just a word in case you are pregnant...the cramps are normal and will probably continue for quite some time. They can be worrisome but are very common. What could be causing this swelling in my groin?

About a week before my period every month I get a swelling in my groin, it is about 1-2inches long and very painful. On 3 occasions I have undergone surgery to remove ("excise") the lump, which I was told was an abscess. However it only appears a few days before my period and then slowly disappears a few days after I finish my period. After having it surgically removed it is usually about 6 months before it reappears. One doctor thought it could be endometriosis but when he biopsied the lump he could not find any Evidence of this. I have now started to develop another lump at the other side of my groin, which is behaving in the same way. It is very painful and I worried in case I need another operation. I have PCOS and very irregular periods, not sure if that's a factor. I do not drink, smoke or take drugs and I am not overweight. Anybody got any ideas on what could be causing this? Even my Doctor admits he is baffled.

Question about a computer i am building?????help!?

i am building, or have just built a new server.....everything is connected properly...and i have checked everything 3 times.....power supply the whole thing.....however, when i power the computer on it stays on for about 30 seconds and then it just clicks off.....the num lock on my keybord freezes and stays on and i have to unplug the computer and re plug it in in order to get it up again.....when it comes up it starts running the mem test showing how much memory has ped....it shows the detection of the CPU as well....etc etc.... when i push f2 to go into my bios set up screen etc.... i can motor around in there no worries until it cuts off? why the hell is this happening? is it a jumpers issue? i checked all the jumpers that came pre installed in default on the board....tyan board s5211-1u ----

I think you will enjoy Chang best, and if you want the real Thai experience, do shots of Mekhong (a Thai whiskey) and drink your Changs. We have a small spring fed pond. We just dredged and completely emptied the pond and we are still getting dill weed growing. From a distance you may think the pond has algae growing but up close you can see this green weed with wispy roots on top of the water. How many drainage holes are in the pots? One just wont do. Need to drill some around the bottom of the pots. Also, she didn't use the right type of soil. What she has is heavy and when wet will kind of smother the roots. She should have used the potting soil, some vermiculite, some sand and something such as Grow-mulch. Then before planting put a big handful of fertilizer in with it. Water in well then about every three or four days. Her pots need to be more tub size. Like those plastic kind that people put ice and drinks in. She should give Miracle Grow every two weeks.I think it might be the drainage or she could have grubs in the pot. They wil eat the roots. I have no friends and I am afraid to go back to school?

In grade 3 I was really silly and I was a bad student and I was always the one who was cracking up jokes and giving the teacher a hard time, the school was about to suspend me and my dad got into a huge fight with the school board and ended up switching me from a catholic school to a public school. Anyways, In grade 7 ( last school year ) no one liked me because of stuff I said to them in grade 3.. they all made fun of me and all cornered me and called me names and hurt me.. I ended up making friends with these 3 girls and they helped me change my style so I look prettier so people would stop insulting me on that. And I did and the bullying kept going on. The 3 girls ditched me in March and said that all the teachers are starting to hate them too because of the stuff I did in grade 3. I got into a huge fight with them and ended up not speaking to them for the rest of the year. I ended up spending every single recess alone.. sitting down doing nothing. Every group project i did alone while everyone else had a partner. when you think that you will be getting your period you should take some pain meds if its regular and you know when you will get it. you just take some a litttle bit before you get it and go exercise as much as possible before it comes then just keep doing that when it gets here. another thing is who cares what your parents say. if you are in pain you NNEEEEDD to go to the doctor. threaten them if you cant just sneak off and say that you will kill yourself or just say that this is torture. i have bad cramps but the bad part will only last like an hour every few day. thats the best advixe i can give ou! and use a heating pad and HOT BATH and take a long nap each day! hope this helps but keep the blood flowing! :) hope this helps and good luck!

Also, if you are putting wider tyres on you again need to decrease the profile. You also need to check the pcd of wheel studs against new wheels for fit and also the shape on hub to shape of rear of wheels. If in doubt do not buy and go to a specialist-the tyres are the only thing touching the road and if you get it wrong you won't stay on the road for long!
